A New Vision for a New Generation of Servant Leaders

Improvements in Rwanda’s educational system at all levels (primary, secondary and post-secondary) are essential to Rwanda’s success. And while much progress has been made, the need is great for a quality institution of higher learning.

Muhabura University was designed to meet this need. It’s a university created to prepare the future leaders of a new Rwanda—a prosperous, modern nation with a knowledge-based economy.

Students at Muhabura University are being taught the business of entrepreneurship, to become servant leaders that achieve Rwanda’s ambitious Vision 2020 goals.

Vision 2020: A 20 year strategic plan written and adopted by Rwanda in 2000.
